Sanctuary

Sanctuary is a three set containment for jewelry made to protect and display accessories. The vessel is created using high-density foam, manipulated by the technique of carving. Each form is handmade and personalized, fabricated to compliment each other in terms of passage. The forms differentiate from each other, some creating passages leading from one end to another, whereas others, act as cave like openings. The colours blend to create an elegant representation of the fullness of nature through its various colours. The pink and purple tones representing earths connection to the sun, creating a light and airy sunset, whereas the blue and green tones represent the more grounded elements of earth such as vegetation.
